Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician to join our amazing ABA team. We are committed to supporting your career development and these positions support our mission to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our beloved young clients.

Essential Responsibilities: Our ABA Therapists work directly with clients across clinical and school settings. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing ABA-based learning programs and behavior protocols
  • Collecting and maintaining accurate client progress data
  • Supporting assessment processes under BCBA supervision
  • Providing parental training and education
  • Ensuring client safety and confidentiality
  • Completing required documentation and paperwork
  • Participating in ongoing professional development
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Supporting program development
  • Contributing to team leadership initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field preferred)
  • RBT certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience working in team environments
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • CPR certification
  • Clear FBI and BCI background check
