Schedule: Mon 9am-5pm, Tue 11am-7pm, Wed 9am-5pm, Thu 12pm-8pm, Fri 9am-5pm
Salary: $21.50 / hour
Bonus $500; $500 upon completion of 6 months
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their family homes. In your role you will work together with the people we serve, their families, friends, employers, and other support staff to transform their lives by either building independence skills or increasing each person's quality of life.
RBTs have a range of duties including implementing treatment plans, collecting and graphing data, assisting with behavior acceleration and deceleration programs, ensuring generalization of skills and collaborating closely with the supervising BCBA.

* High school diploma or GED required. A bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field is preferred.
* 40 hours of RBT training completed, or to be completed within 30 days of hire.
* RBT certification obtained within 90 days of hire.
* Experience working with people with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injury strongly preferred.
* Strong time management and writing skills.
* All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license for at least one year.
* All applicants must be able to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment.
* All candidates must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, national fingerprinting and driving record check.
