Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Registered Behavior Technician / RBT!We are currently interviewing for the 2024-2025 school year!Generous hourly pay rate of $30 per hour RBT positions available throughout Chester County, PA A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis. The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior-analytic services including instruction and behavioral support The RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations: School-based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year General school hours approximately: 7:30am - 2:30pm (secondary) or 8:30am - 3:30pm (elementary) Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aide and Safety Care Training (De-escalation, and Escorts & Restraints) RequirementsEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: HS Diploma or equivalency National certification as an RBT - active Will consider applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training under Edition Task List 2 who need onsite competency by a BCBA Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs - preferred CREDENTIALING(Clearances current within 12 months) PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Education FBI - Use code 1KG6XN TB Screening - current within 3 months Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcript Benefits Benefits for employees working 30 or more hours per week will be eligible to enroll in Medical, Dental & Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, FlexCare, Short-Term disability and Life insurance CCRES 403 (b) Retirement Savings Plan - 3% matching contribution Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition discounts through collegiate partnerships Milestone service award (5 years, 10 years, 15 years) Gift card raffle on pay-day Fridays ABOUT CCRESAs a 501(c)(3) non-profit, CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services is an organization of dedicated and highly-trained staff members who provide quality services to schools, children, adults, and families.
