We are looking for dedicated individuals passionate about providing support and improving the lives of those with behavioral challenges. As an RBT, you will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to our clients.In this position, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data on clients' progress, and assist in various therapeutic activities. Your contributions will directly influence the development and well-being of the individuals you support, allowing them to achieve their desired outcomes in everyday life.   • Execute behavior intervention strategies as outlined by the BCBA.
  • Monitor and document client behavior and progress in real-time.
  • Support clients with daily activities and social interactions.

  • Contribute to team meetings and training sessions for ongoing skill development.
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging environment for all clients.
Requirements
  • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent; candidates with relevant degrees are preferred.
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
  • Prior experience in behavioral support or related fields is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Must be able to work effectively in both a team setting and independently.
