Job DescriptionJob/Company Overview: Thank you for your interest in joining our team! We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for levels 1-3 positions.As an RBT, you will work directly with clients in home, community, and school settings, implementing behavior reduction protocols and clinical skills instruction. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to make a positive impact on our clients' lives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement learning programs and behavior reduction protocols based on ABA principles
  • Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
  • Assist with assessments and parental training under BCBA supervision
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ensure their safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
  • Document service activities and complete required paperwork promptly
  • For RBT 2-3: Mentor junior staff, assist in team leadership, and participate in program development
Qualifications:
  • Current, valid RBT credential
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field optional
  • Experience levels:
    • RBT 1: Newly certified RBT
    • RBT 2: Minimum one year of RBT experience
    • RBT 3: Minimum three years of RBT experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and required software
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work productively with diverse teams and develop relationships with clients and families
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Leadership skills (for RBT 2-3 positions)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly rate ranging from $23 to $25, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Additional Requirements:
  • Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal bckg check (BCI and FBI)
  • CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and respond quickly to client need
