Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join a team focused on delivering high-quality, personalized services to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Guided by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Technicians work directly with clients in their homes, implementing customized treatment plans that foster skill development and positive behavioral change.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one therapy to clients in their home environments
- Support clients in learning and practicing new behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills
- Collect and document data on client progress based on individualized treatment plans
- Assist in caregiver training to promote continuity of care
- Collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to ensure each client receives comprehensive and ongoing support

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge or experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an asset

- Reliable transportation for in-home client visits
- Willingness to work in various client home settings
