Gold HeartABA is a leading provider of applied behaviour analysis (ABA) therapy, committed to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapists (Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to use prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop essential skills for independence.

Requirements for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes or other clinic locations, based on client caseload.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a must.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Key Responsibilities of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  • Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation.
  • Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
  • Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding the daily activities of clients.
