Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: St. Louis, MO

Salary: $20 per hour

Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies
• Provide support during therapy sessions
• Communicate effectively with clients and families

Requirements:

• Current RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
