Job Description and Responsibilities* Compass Behavioral & Developmental Consultants LLC is searching for RBTs with a passion for ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) to join our team at various locations in South Georgia. If you are looking for rewarding work and a company that you can be proud to represent, please send us your resume.* RBTs will work 1:1 with clients either in clinic or in the client's home.* RBTs will be responsible for:o Carrying out programs written by supervising BCBAs.o Collect and record data on the client's performance toward target behaviors.o Accurately documenting session events, client behavior, and progress towards goals on notes for each session.o Following Ethical guidelines as set by the BACB, and professional guidelines outlined in Compass's employee handbook.o Being on time to all sessions/staff meetingso Maintaining their own RBT and CPR/BLS certificationso Passing a 10-year Background check* It is preferred that candidates are already registered; however, Compass offers free classes/training to become registered as well.* Candidates that are already registered as RBT are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $250-$500 based on experience and proof of certification.* Compass also welcomes experienced QASP-S's for positions. Individuals with QASP-S certification will also be eligible for the sign-on bonus.\*Job Type\*Positions are part-time with the possibility of going full-time depending on experience and availability of clients.Qualifications:* Must be available (at the minimum) 3pm-6pm M-F OR M-F till 8pm and 8a-2p on Sat & Sun.* RBT candidates must have a High-School Diploma.* Be able and willing to work with children with developmental disability, Autism.* Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Experienced candidates working toward the degree will be considered.* Well organized individual who completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in adetailed, accurate, consistent, and timely manner.* Must have reliable transportation, and be available to drive up to an hour-radius from the clinic to service a client in home.WE OFFER:* HOURLY RBT $18-$23 per hour depending on experience.* QASP $23-$30 per hour- depending on experience.* Free Classes toward BCBA/BCaBA and QASP-S* Advancement in the field and growthBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceJob Type: Part-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):* Are you a Registered Behavior Technician?* Are you available to work Monday - Friday 3-6pm?Work Location: In person
