Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Haim ABA in Cumming, GA. The RBT will be responsible for conducting behavior analysis, implementing applied behavior analysis techniques, facilitating communication, providing behavioral interventions, and applying principles of psychology in the treatment of individuals with autism.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Communication and Behavioral Intervention abilities
• Knowledge of psychology principles
• Experience working with individuals with autism
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
