Job Type: Part Time (AM or PM) with opportunity to move to a full time position.

Shaping Steps ABA is expanding, and we're looking for passionate RBTs to join our team in providing high-quality, in-home ABA therapy services to families in the Austin area. Position Overview:

The RBT works under the supervision of a BCBA to implement skill-acquisition and behavior reduction plans. You'll be responsible for delivering 1:1 therapy to children in their homes, collecting data, and contributing to a safe and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
  • Actively collaborate with BCBAs in developing, modifying, and adjusting treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment plans designed by the BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
  • Maintain session notes and complete required documentation.
  • Assist with parent training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Required: High School Diploma, active RBT certification, CPR and First Aid certified (can be completed during training).
  • Preferred: College degree or in progress, bilingual (Spanish or other), experience providing in-home ABA therapy.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move from standing to kneeling and back up without assistance.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
