**Job Summary:**
JOB SUMMARY
A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in this role will assist in delivering educational and behavioral consultation and services in schools across Tennessee. At times, it will be necessary to model and participate in direct intervention to students under the direction and close supervision of a TRIAD Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This job will require in-person and remote contact with school-age children who present with dangerous challenging behavior such as aggression or self-injury. This RBT will partner with and assist educators and caregivers in their schools and communities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead or assist with on-campus site visits to evaluate classroom supports, assess, observe, or record student behavior, model intervention strategies for educators, monitor educator intervention implementation, or deliver intervention directly to target students
+ Provide direct 1:1 or small group intervention to students in school settings to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition interventions as directed by a BCBA. At times it may be necessary to model interventions in home or community settings.
+ Travel to school campuses across Tennessee occasionally, or on a daily basis, sometimes driving as much as 5 hours (round trip) in a day. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
+ Maintain strict confidentiality related to student, family, or educator identifying information
+ Collect and record data on student and/or educator/caregiver behavior within formal and informal assessments and observations
+ Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of caregivers (including educators, families, etc.)
+ Provide a safe and supportive environment for students, educators, families, or any of TRIAD's clients.
+ Assist with behavioral assessments, educator/caregiver coaching sessions, and other administrative duties (e.g. scoring videos, entering data, scheduling observations, reviewing training materials).
+ Attend ongoing training to acquire further knowledge
**Position Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) (Required)
+ < 1 year relevant experience (Required)
+ Registered Behavior Technician (Required within first 90 days)
**Additional Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, child studies or related field
+ Interest in pursuing a career in a behavior related field
+ Some experience working with school-aged children with disabilities
+ Pass/ maintain CPR certification
+ Must live in Tennessee, have unlimited access to a vehicle, and be able to travel to Nashville for overnight visits at least 4 times yearly
+ Must be available during school hours M-F, but also have flexibility to travel to and from schools outside of these hours
