About the Position for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) We are currently seeking qualified full-time and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-clinic Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. This position will be based in our state-of-the-art office in Winter Park, which features two-way mirrors, sand tray rooms, play therapy rooms, and much more. Unlike other companies, we have very little turnover, ensuring a stable and supportive work environment. Behavior technicians are responsible for assisting Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior plans through in-clinic direct intervention. They will assist clients with day-to-day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients and families. Other duties include clerical and administrative documentation, and supervision provided by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Role of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

  • Provide behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders in clinic and school settings.
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by and under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data accurately.
  • Complete accurate treatment notes in a timely manner.
  • Strictly follow BACB guidelines and codes of conduct at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and other Mental Health Practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
Supervision and Training
  • Supervision with a supervising BCBA will be required for 5-10% of total direct hours with each client, provided through Kinder Konsulting.
  • Kinder Konsulting offers the ability to gain additional supervised experience for RBTs working toward BCBA certification.
  • Receive supervision and training from experienced clinicians who have been with the company for years, ensuring stability and consistency.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals from various disciplines to provide holistic care and gain diverse perspectives on client treatment.
Qualifications Required for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
  • Must have current RBT Certification.
  • Must have RBT Medicaid provider number.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license required.
