Job Description:

Harrison Gray Search has partnered with one of the oldest, most reputable investment advisors in the country to find its next Registered Client Associate in their Boston office.

This client-facing role reports to the Branch Manager and supports financial professionals by delivering high-quality service to help clients achieve their financial goals. The position offers opportunities for growth, career development, and advancement in a collaborative, values-driven environment. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional seeking growth and a chance to make a meaningful impact in clients' financial journeys.

Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

Client Support

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or meetings to address account needs.
  • Manage transactions, account openings, updates, and client onboarding.
  • Assist with financial planning tools and advisory account services.
  • Support financial professional transitions and marketing initiatives.
  • Build client relationships and identify opportunities for financial professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies.

Administrative Support

  • Organize client records in CRM systems.
  • Manage branch mail and maintain a professional office environment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the financial team.

Other

  • Participate in professional development and training.
  • Prepare reports and expense documentation.
  • Foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
