TalentWealth Recruiting, a boutique financial services recruiting firm, is recruiting for an exciting opportunity. An independent financial advisor practice with over $200MM AUM based in Biddeford, ME is hiring aRegistered Client Service Associate to their growing team.
Our client is seeking a polished and organized professional with some experience in all areas of client and advisor support to join a successful and growing wealth management firm.
Some of the responsibilities would be:
- Manage all client inquiries and ad hoc requests such as account information, reporting, check request, wire/fund transfers and other account services requests.
- Work closely with the financial advisors to help them prepare for client meetings and ensuring that they have the most relevant information
- Complete all tasks related to the opening of new accounts, the transfer of accounts and closed account processing for the advisor's client base
- Coordinate and process all paperwork as needed for accounts and client relationship
- Maintain all client information and account records according to our electronic archiving procedure
- Document all client servicing activities on our portfolio management system according to firm procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred (or the 63 and 65 in lieu of the 66) or the ability to obtain within one year
- 3+ years of experience in client service or operations with a financial advisory practice
- Knowledge of financial services and investments industry
- Polished and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication is required
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong initiative and work ethic, and an ability to work both within a team and on a self directed basis
- Ability and willingness to work additional hours if necessary to complete core responsibilities
