We believe in a collaborative team team approach and welcome your input.* Work-Life Balance.*Schedule:** Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday 8-5*Key Responsibilities:** Review medical history and take blood pressure.* Perform periodontal maintenance and oral exams for patients of all ages.* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and disease prevention.* Provide nonsurgical periodontal therapy.* Provide Doctor with a summary of findings and concerns at periodic examination.* Alert Doctor to areas of disease that may require intervention to restore health.* Assist Doctor with root debridement during laser periodontal therapy.* Take Dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records.*Requirements:** Graduation from accredited dental hygiene program.* CPR certified.* Strong communication skills.* Attention to detail.* Ability to work in a team environment.*Compensation:** Pay- $50-$55/hour plus bonus* Affordable health insurance, full benefits, and 401k available#JEFJob Type: Part-timePay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hourExpected hours: 10 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Employee assistance program* Employee discount* Flexible spending account* Health savings account* Life insurance* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Retirement planMedical Specialty:* Primary CareSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to Friday* No nights* No weekendsLicense/Certification:* Registered Dental Hygienist license in New York (Required)Work Location: In person
