Gifford Health Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to work in our Rehabilitation Department. The Registered Dietitian will perform a comprehensive assessment by interpreting multiple, sometimes conflicting data and synthesizing the interrelationships of the data. She/he will participate in quality improvement initiatives. Communicate with the health care team members, patients and families to maximize patient outcomes. The Registered Dietitian will educate physicians, residents, nurses and other health care providers to optimize nutrition therapy outcomes. The successful candidate will have strong time management skills, be an active team member, demonstrate critical thinking skills, and hold a strong orientation toward patient-centered treatment.## Requirements: The successful candidate will have graduated from an accredited college or university and be eligible for state licensure.
