Job Description We are seeking a
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team at
RD Nutrition Consultants LLC, providing
outpatient telehealth services with a primary focus on
weight management and lifestyle counseling. This is a flexible, part-time position (16-24 hours per week), perfect for an experienced dietitian looking to balance clinical work with other commitments.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to clients primarily focused on weight management.
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients' nutritional needs and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
- Educate clients on effective strategies for weight management, behavior modification, and lifestyle improvement.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records through electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Qualifications: - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required.
- Licensure in your state of residence, and the ability to obtain additional state licenses if required for telehealth.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient or weight management setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based nutrition interventions for weight management.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills to engage clients in a virtual environment.
- Proficient in using technology for telehealth consultations (Zoom, EHR systems, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with telehealth or virtual client management.
- Specialized certifications in weight management, behavior change, or related areas.
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing and other behavior change techniques.
Hours: - Part-time: 16-24 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule options with weekday availability (Monday-Friday).

Compensation and Benefits: - Hourly rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials.
