About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified Registered Nutritional Program Coordinator to join our Team. As the Registered Nutritional Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing nutritional programs for our patients. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Your main goal will be to improve the health and well-being of our patients through proper nutrition.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field

* Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

* Strong knowledge of nutrition and its impact on health

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Nutrition or related field

* Experience working with diverse patient populations

* Experience in program development and management

* Bilingual in Spanish or Amharic

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement nutritional programs for patients

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care

* Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust programs as needed

* Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills:

As the Registered Nutritional Program Coordinator, you will utilize your strong knowledge of nutrition and its impact on health to develop and implement nutritional programs for our patients. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition. Your ability to monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust programs as needed will be crucial to the success of our patient's health outcomes. Additionally, your experience in program development and management will be beneficial in this role. Bilingual skills in Spanish or Amharic will also be an asset in working with our diverse patient population.
