Must maintain a valid New York State license and registration.Duties Description Participate in nursing activities, including the preparation, evaluation, and implementation of nursing care plans to ensure quality patient careAct as health liaisonCoordinate and schedule medical follow-up, including completion of consultations.Provide first aid and emergency nursing care.Monitor and order pharmaceutical supplies for each individualAttend team reviews and present information, as neededMeet documentation requirement i.e. obtaining & transcribing physicians' orders, daily nursing note, health charts, medication regimen reviews and case review summaries.Provide medication administrationMaintain inventory standards for medication, controlled substances, medical supplies.Participate in staff trainingPrepare clinical and administrative reportsAdditional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.Additional Comments Salary Schedule for the position is as follows: $110,442-$119,169 - Posted Hiring Salary includes the sum of the statutory hiring rate for PS&T Grade 18, Geographic Differential ($35,000), and Mid-Hudson Adjustment ($1,513).
