• Assist the Unit Supervisor in managing nursing staff, including scheduling, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Support the delivery of patient-centered care in compliance with clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Monitor patient outcomes, address clinical issues, and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Assist in managing unit resources, including staffing and supply management, to ensure optimal department performance.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clarity and understanding of treatment plans.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; additional certifications (e.g., PALS) are preferred.
