• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental and physical health.
• Administer medications and monitor their effects on patients.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans for patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and mental health management strategies.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification.
