Description
We are seeking an on-call Registered Nurse for our Brookside School in Cottekill, to provide nursing services to children with disabilities in a school setting, as well as employee health services for school staff.
A NYS RN license, with a minimum of one year of clinical experience, is required.
HOURS: On-call/as needed on school days - Monday through Friday/8:30 am to 3:00 pm
STARTING SALARY: $ 31.57 to $ 34.73 per hour
Minimum Requirements
+ New York State RN license, active registration, and current B.L.S.
+ Computer experience including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
+ Excellent communication skills to be able to articulate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
+ Establish and maintain professional and courteous working relationships with all internal staff and external stakeholders.
+ Experience with both preschool and school-age children with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
