Together, these facilities offer patients the best rehab and nursing care they can obtain after their hospital discharge.RN Supervisor organizes, oversees, & supervises assigned unit activities & staff assignments & demonstrates clinical expertise which is consistent with the established standards of Nursing PracticeRN Supervisor will identify & respond, appropriately & timely, to patient needsMonitor, observe, & document vital signs, treatments administered, & patient responses.RN Supervisor will administer medications & treatments as neededCommunicate and direct services ongoing or any plan/concerns/information to appropriate team members, resident, family, or medical staff as neededIdentify & follow disciplinary action as stated in policyCollaborate with interdisciplinary team, physicians, & other vendors'/servicesPerform RN assessment to resident's post incidents or change in condition.Lead & direct emergency situations - (Fire alarm, Elopement, etc.)Maintain accurate nursing report, staffing sheets, & census rosterRequirements:Current & good standing RN License in State of New YorkPrevious experience with geriatric/short term rehabilitation/Alzheimer's patients is desirableProgressive Nursing experience in a geriatric setting.
