Salary Range: $99,806 - $110,145 (pay will be determined based on experience, preferred qualifications, and education)

Responsibilities:SUMMARY: The Department of Family, Population & Preventive Medicine seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high quality individualized direct patient care utilizing the skills and knowledge of the profession. Provides supervision to clinical staff. They will perform appropriate patient testing, and direct patient care to patients within the scope of his/her licensure, and in accordance with patients treatment plan and/or physician orders. They must safely perform all patient care responsibilities in accordance with professional standards and the organizations policies and procedures. Utilizes physical assessment skills to assess the needs of patients. Develop and organize a plan of care in consultation with the treating physician, as indicated within the various subspecialties of the Department and administer medications and treatments according to the specific orders of the ordering physician, and document in the patient record. Follow all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines. Triage patient phone calls, work with care manager and care coordination team. Requires a high-level problem solving and analytical skills with the highest ethical standards. The incumbent must be self-directed and self-motivated and able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of productivity and accuracy.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with patients, staff and medical providers. The employee must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. This position is active and requires the employee to constantly move about in the office to assist patients, staff and medical providers. Any additional physical demands will be outlined and provided by management.
