The individual in this role will be responsible for driving Milu's initiatives to identify opportunities to help members get access to high quality healthcare. They will be responsible for reviewing medical charts to identify cost-savings opportunities for members, leveraging data to find high quality treatment options and supporting members throughout their health journey (including answering patient inquiries, making referrals, and conducting follow-up activities). QualificationsExcel at operating in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment. You take the ball on tough projects and drive them to completion. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsActive Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois or New York or eligible for RN licensure in Illinois / New YorkBachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing, or equivalent experienceExtensive knowledge of medical terminology, diagnosis codes, and healthcare delivery processesAbility to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDemonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including data entry, documentation, and internet searches
