We're looking for a Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team and play a vital role in guiding injured workers through their recovery journey.What You'll DoAs a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you'll be at the heart of patient care, advocating for injured workers and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities include:Patient CareDeliver safe, high-quality clinical care, including performing monthly and quarterly clinical blood draws.Leverage your expertise in all RN functions to support the health and recovery of injured workers.Case ManagementTake charge of managing medical care from initial injury to recovery and return-to-work, ensuring optimal outcomes every step of the way.Assessment & CoordinationConduct thorough assessments to understand each injured worker's medical condition and treatment needs.Partner with healthcare providers, therapists, and employers to create and execute tailored care plans.Education & CommunicationEmpower injured workers with knowledge about their medical conditions, treatment options, and workers' compensation processes.Serve as the critical link between all stakeholders—workers, healthcare teams, employers, and insurers—to facilitate clear and effective communication.Problem-Solving & AdvocacyInitiate worksite investigations or job hazard analyses when needed to ensure workplace safety.Advocate for timely and appropriate care, balancing medical needs with financial responsibility.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain meticulous case files, medical records, and progress reports.Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with workers' compensation laws and company policies.Return-to-Work PlanningCollaborate with employers to craft thoughtful return-to-work strategies, including modified duties or accommodations.Professional GrowthStay ahead in your field with continuous learning and professional development.What You'll Bring to the RoleEducation: Active, unrestricted RN license; BSN preferred.Experience: Case management, occupational health, or workers' compensation experience highly desirable.Certification: Current BLS or ACLS certification; CCM or COHN preferred.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional time management.Stellar written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of medical terminology, treatment protocols, and workers' compensation regulations.Personal Attributes: A proactive, independent thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.Why Join Us?Be part of a team that values your expertise and supports your growth.
