PATIENT POPULATION: Adults to Geriatrics - Float ICUUNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC & SBARUNIT DESCRIPTION: As a Float Pool team member, you will experience diversity in skillset exposure and are an essential component to house wide multi-specialty care needs. We determine our staffing needs daily and strategize float pool placement to be a valuable resource in covering our different patient care needs.SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:RTO: MAX 7 days , Block Scheduling Not GuaranteedWEEKENDS: Every OtherMINIMUM EXPERIENCE: - 1 year (prefers 2 if possible) - Unit accepts first time travelersFLOATING: Within facility and to sister campus if neededHOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays.
