Experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable areas is required. License: Must have nursing license from the primary residence state. Certifications: BLS & ACLS certified through American Heart Association Must-Have: Minimum of two professional references upon submission; ability to float between units as needed. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver patient care in the operating room efficiently and safely. The role includes coordinating operating room activities to enhance surgical case progression, managing patient and family care according to policies and standards, and providing competent perioperative patient care. This position requires working 36 hours per week with variations in shifts from Monday to Friday and potential weekend and weekday call rotations. The candidate should be able to respond to on-call requirements within 45 minutes. Must be willing to float to different units if assigned primary unit no longer has needs during the assignment.
