Call-offs or additional RTO on unit could lead to cancellation and DNR.- Shift: DAYS 3x12s; 13 weeks accepted- No call requirement- No weekend requirement- Contract staff must work Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team during catastrophic events or disasters.- Special procedures include EGD, Colonoscopies, ERCP, EBUS, EUS, Bronchoscopies, and Nav Bronchs.- Unit Systems: Pyxis for medication, EPIC for documentation, SBAR for communication.- Scheduling is manager-scheduled and blocked.- Orientation includes 30 hours; Scrubs provided- Compliance requires going into the lab within 48 hours after signing, and all testing must be completed within this timeframe.- Two manager/supervisor references from the past 12 months are highly preferred.- Fatigue Policy: Cannot work more than 5 days in a row and/or more than 60 hours in a week.- Orientation includes 8 non-billable hours and modules must be completed pre-start and annually, with hours varying by specialty. Modules are recorded via online learning, Zoom, webinar, and in-person classes.
