Job Description:
Salary & Benefits: $80-90,000/yrMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401KPTO and Paid HolidaysJob Summary: This position is responsible for providing primary care services and educating patients. As an experienced RN, you will be workingin a fast-paced and growing environment. You will be collaborating with physicians, nurses, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial patient assessments, including medical history review and vital signs measurement.
  • Assist physicians during consultations, procedures, and examinations related to fertility treatments.
  • Educate patients on fertility medications, treatment protocols, and self-administration techniques.
  • Monitor patients' progress throughout treatment cycles, including ultrasound monitoring and lab result interpretation.
  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Coordinate patient care, including scheduling appointments and communicating treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including embryologists, endocrinologists, and genetic counselors to optimize patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications:
  • Valid RN license
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in women's health, reproductive medicine, or a related field.
  • Experience in fertility treatment protocols such as IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and their families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • BLS and ACLS Certification
  • Phlebotomy Certification
  • Ultrasound experience
