IV certified within six months of employment. **GUARANTEED HOURS ARE BIWEEKLY** -- The facility schedules in two week periods. 72 hour biweekly guaranteed for 12 hour shifts; 80 hour biweekly guaranteed for 8 hour shifts. It may or may not be split evenly between weeks.
