Job SummaryThe Clinical Leader provides operations based support to the nursing unit and exemplifies the Upstate mission, vision, and values acting in accordance with Upstate policies and procedures. Provides consistent day to day leadership and clinical expertise on the unit that drives customer service, quality, and the Patient Experience.
