Faith Home Health & Hospice is currently seeking a compassionate, well-trained hospice registered nurse dedicated to the highest standards of care and professionalism to work for our hospice agency in Wichita, KS. As a hospice Registered Nurse or RN Case Manager for Faith, you will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients using a comprehensive, patient-specific care plan which establishes goals based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates nursing services, treatments and preventative procedures for our terminally ill patients in hospice.We are currently looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to our patients in the Wichita, KS area.
