How does it get done?Incumbent is responsible for providing direction and guidance to CNA's and for the implementation and direction of all nursing activities towards common hospital goals. Who are the customers?Patients/Clients/Residents Ideal CandidateIdeal candidate will have: Experience in providing comprehensive nursing care; Experience in administration of all types of medications; Experience working with treatment teams; Must be licensed in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act Section 61-3-2 through 61-3-31 NMSA 1978and 16.12.1 through 16.12.20NMAC, as applicable Minimum QualificationMust possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico OR eligibility for such licensure in accordance with New Mexico requirements OR Eligibility for a temporary license issued for employment at a specific institution in New Mexico OR a Graduate Nurse with a permit-to-practice.
