The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a versatile and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to adult patients in various units within the organization. The RN requires adaptability, expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering the best care to patients facing a variety of medical and surgical conditions. As a nurse in our float pool, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care during their hospital stay. With passionateand driven leadership behind them, our nurses can dedicate themselves to patient safety, clinical excellence, and life-long learning.

Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire

Salary Range: Minimum 36.31 per visit - Maximum 56.28 per visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
