Position Summary:Directs and manages daily operations of several hospital owned specialty practices, including the Women's Health, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Oncology/Infusion, Renal (Chronic Kidney Disease), Weight loss/Bariatric, Urology, Pain, Cosmetics/Dermatology, Wound, and Vascular Clinics.Responsibilities include managing patient flow, clinical policy development, regulatory compliance, clinical staff selection/oversight, quality assurance and performance improvement activities. Works with patient access/revenue cycle leadership, health information and others as applicable to maximize revenue while maintaining excellent patient care. Demonstrates long-term strategic planning, organizational, and managerial skills to direct the practices on a daily basis. Must be knowledgeable enough to assess every clinical aspect of the practices, and create and direct the implementation of those items necessary to improve patient care, improve efficiency, increase revenue, lower overhead and plan for growth and expansion. Educational Requirements/ Qualifications: Degree in medical field preferred. Two to five years progressive management experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic practice preferred. Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
