Registered Nurse - Inpatient Adult Psychiatry

Unit Description: Our Adult Inpatient Psychiatry unit has 18 beds, all of them in private rooms. We serve patients 18 and older who are not enrolled in a secondary school, with the goal of providing a safe and therapeutic environment for those in a crisis severe enough to impact their safety and/or the safety of others.

• Variety of shifts available.
• Required to float to Psychiatry and the Behavioral Decision Unit in the Emergency Care Center during times of low census or unit needs.
• Prior mental health experience preferred.
• Experience with group facilitation preferred.

On-call: Not required.
