• Assessing patients' health status and documenting their medical history
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and observing their conditions for any changes
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop care plans and treatment strategies
• Educating patients and their families about their medical conditions and providing them with information about their care
• Performing diagnostic tests and interpreting the results to inform treatment decisions
• Advocating for patients and ensuring that they receive the best possible care
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation of patient care

Candidate requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) and Health Care Provider (HCP) card
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in an emergency room (ER) setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is required.
