Seabury RN's are highly rewarded! We are searching for enthusiastic, caring team members for our continuing care community! Rates begin at $40-$46 per hour with additional shift and weekend differentials.Shift Differentials:
  • 2nd shift: +$2.00/hr
  • 3rd shift: +$4.00/hr
  • Weekends: +$2.00/hr
Current Openings:
  • Part-Time, 1st shift 7am-3:30pm, Every Other Weekend
  • Part-Time, 3rd shift 11pm-7:30am, Every Other Weekend

Position Requirements: EDUCATION: Valid State of Connecticut license as Registered Nurse. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 years experience in long-term care, preferably with the elderly. Familiar with Federal, State and local nursing home regulations.Skills and Competencies:
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language clearly
  • Must be able to relate to the elderly in a dignified manner and build a relationship with residents that are positive and supportive.
  • Competent use of equipment such as mechanical lifts, scales, and assistive mobility devices.
  • Must be physically able to lift and carry moderately heavy loads and walk and stand for extended periods.
  • Working knowledge of computers and ability to learn and utilize electronic documentation.
  • Must possess leadership and supervisory ability with strong team work willingness and aptitude.
