RN Registered Nurse Long Term Care Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

RN Registered Nurse Salary: $36-$44.50 per hour. Ask me How! Waiving Medical and PTO. Additional Salary for Shift Differentials!

RN Registered Nurse Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registers Nurse (RN). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing quality care to our residents.

Registers Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

Oversee the nursing staff and ensure that all residents receive high-quality care according to their individual care plans and state regulations.

Coordinate and delegate nursing assignments based on staff qualifications and resident needs.

Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring new hires, and providing ongoing training and education.

Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Respond to emergencies and medical situations as needed, providing timely and appropriate interventions.

Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Registers Nurse (RN) Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in long-term care or a related setting.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
