Great work life balance with no weekends, no holidays and no on call!New Higher Pay Range: $34.00 - $37.49Work life balance - no weekends, no holidays, no on call and generous paid time off.Residential Registered Nurse ( RN ) Responsibilities:Coordinates with health care providers, service providers, clinical and residential staff to meet individual's health related needs.Ensures that all medical/health concerns, treatments and recommendations are properly documented and followed up.Interprets medical tests screening and diagnoses to staff and team members.Participates in admission planning to ensure that all health related needs, treatments and referrals to other health related providers are met.Performs transfer/discharge planning with programs/hospitals or agencies to ensure health related needs are met.Performs admission and semi-annual review of medications. Monitors effects of medications and reports to health care providers as necessary.Evaluates individuals for self-administration of medication status and monitors the self-administration of medication programs.Provides staff education and certification in health related areasRegistered Nurse ( RN ) Work Schedule:Monday through Friday 8 am 4 pm. No weekends or holidays and flexibility.
