The RN will play a crucial role in supporting primary care providers by screening patient phone calls and walk-ins for urgent medical matters, triaging patients to urgent care, and referring patients to the ER or other facilities as necessary.As an RN, your responsibilities will include:+ Screen patient phone calls and walk-ins for urgent medical matters and triage patients appropriately.+ Refer patients to urgent care, the ER, or other facilities as needed.+ Provide patient education, adherence support, and case management assistance.+ Follow up on laboratory calls regarding alert values and ensure timely patient communication.+ Educate and support patients on a variety of medical issues, including HIV and HIV adherence.+ Provide clinical support during patient care sessions when required.Work Schedule/Salary:Callen-Lorde is open Monday through Saturday.
