Description: Jet Health, Inc / First Choice Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. We are looking for full time, part time, PRN / Per Diem RNs who are passionate about providing quality home health care to our community-based patients in Boise, ID (Ada County) and /or Nampa, ID (Canyon County) metro area.At Jet Health, Inc / First Choice Home Health we strive to create a sense of belonging for all our employees and are committed to offering services that ensure our geriatric patients have a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity.Requirements:Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needsMake home visits to clients in designated geographic territoriesPerform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and proceduresMonitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services ManagerFollow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' ordersPerform client assessmentsCase management and coordinationAccurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tabletQualifications:Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License in handA minimum of one-year clinical experience is preferredOASIS knowledge highly preferredDemonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practicePossess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insuranceHCHB EMR knowledge is desiredBenefits for full time employees:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverageShort- and Long-Term Disability insuranceAccident, Critical Illness, and Cancer InsurancePTO - 80 hours6 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday401k retirement savings planCompany-paid life insuranceMileage reimbursementCompetitive compensation package#jethealth2024
