- Performs nursing actions to ensure patient participation in health promotion, maintenance, and restoration
- Works with patients, nursing team and provider to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Works with patients to maximize their health capabilities
- Performs all triage and manages the triage flow
- Administers medication and provides treatment prescribed by provider
- Performs immunizations and injections
- Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff
- Continuous collection of health data about the health status of patients
- Assists in facilitating patient flow for the provider to ensure a seamless and efficient patient flow
Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited two year nursing school
- Must possess a current NYS Professional Registered Nurse license
- Must have current CPR certification
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Superb organizational skills

Hourly rate: $30 - $40 an hour (based on a full-time, 40 hour work week). Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.RN Tuition Reimbursement PotentialOur FQHC status provides a unique opportunity for tuition reimbursement for registered nurses, up to 60% repayment of qualified student loans directly related to a nursing degree. This tuition reimbursement program requires application and is not guaranteed. RNs who are granted reimbursement are required to fulfill a two year, full time commitment to maintain eligibility.
