We are a dedicated homecare agency serving former Department of Energy (DOE) and Atomic workers and we are seeking passionate, skilled, and compassionate RNs to join our team.Position Overview:As a RN with our homecare team, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the healthcare needs of our patients. You will be working with a clinical team to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of individuals who have been part of a vital workforce

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled care to our patient(s) requiring professional nursing.
- Prepare documentation accurately, timely, and according to NCP policy.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observations and care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor vital signs and health conditions, documenting changes or concerns.
- Provide education and support to patients and families on managing conditions and promoting wellness.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Idaho.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- BLS certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
