You will work 36 hours, but we will pay you for 40 hours.ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT (ACT) TEAM REGISTERED NURSEACT Registered Nurse Position Summary:The Registered Nurse for the Assertive Community Treatment team will be responsible for collaborating with the team to ensure doctor's orders are being followed by the patients. This position will also carry out individual, family and group treatment. This is a full-time position.Job Responsibilities:
- Using electronic medical records, input data and following through seeing services to their completion.
- Review and ensure the doctors' orders are being followed by clients.
- Confirm medication compliance and medications are refilled timely.
- Provide health promotion and training as requested.
- Provide skilled nursing services based on the needs of the clients.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Credentials as Registered Nurse (RN) authorized under Health Occupations Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, with current license and insurance or at least two years' clinical experience and plans to achieve credentials above.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamwork environment.
- Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Privileged to carry out all duties, including client treatment coordination.
- Driver's license and good driving record.
