M-F -8A to 4:30PUnpaid Lunch BreakNo Overtime or travel requiredNo Work required on a NYS HolidayFree Parking ProvidedDuties include, but are not limited to: Provide Injections for clinic clients and complete necessary documentation; make medication sheet for each client that gets injections Complete clinical documentation that meets compliance standards, medical necessity guidelines, and agency standards as to timeliness and accuracy of documentation Perform home/community visits as needed For client's on Clozaril:o Track required monthly lab work on spreadsheeto Submit lab work into the REMS systemo If clients are overdue, reach outo Fax lab work to pharmacies if requested Ensure EKGs are done as required Complete Metabolics on clinic clients and complete necessary documentation; make any referrals and linkages that are needed Complete Health screens on clinic clients and complete necessary documentation Maintain spreadsheets for injections/health screens Triage client calls Review RHIO hospital notes and brief relative staff Answer calls from the Medline and process requests/handle issues with Scripts, side effects, etc. Coordinate/advocate care with medical PCP's and specialtieso Call doctor's offices and lab sites to get lab results, medical noteso Call hospitals to get reports on the clients that have gone to the ER or are in-patient Obtain Prior authorizations, and handle insurance issues regarding medications, (mostly injections) Maintain AOT binder Assist prescribers with various tasks as neededMinimum qualifications: Possession of a license and current registration as a registered professional nurse in New York State.Salary Commensurate with scope of work job experienceBusiness Casual and footwear to perform tasks in a safe manner.This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and employee will be expected to perform other reasonably related duties as assigned.New Wave People is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).#HCIND123
