We are currently looking forenthusiastic, self-motivated, career-oriented applicants to join our team.If you are committed to providing exceptional radiology nursing services with skill and accuracy, we are looking for you!As a PENRAD Imaging Registered Nurse you will utilize your expertise to:
- Provide optimum patient care utilizing the nursing process,
- Administer medications, monitor patient condition, document/assist in the treatment of contrast reactions,
- Intervene in emergency situations,
- Administer conscious sedation,
- Assist in various radiology procedures including catheterization,
- Port access,
- Document patient status and nursing interventions,
- Monitor medications including narcotics,
- Maintain emergency equipment,
- Provide staff education on patient care, safety, infection control, and continuity of patient care,
- Provide health teaching and procedural information to patients and families verbally or with written materials created by the RN,
- Demonstrate PENRAD Imaging's core values at all times to patients and coworkers: Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Innovation and Excellence
Qualified Applicants will require:
- Current Colorado Nursing license,
- Accredited Registered Nursing program graduate certificate,
- Current certification in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support,
- 10 years' experience required,
- Radiology nursing experience preferred.
