With us, everyone is treated like family with the freedom and respect they deserve.*Job Description:*Adara Oaks is looking for a RN with a passion for caring for residents and supporting and coaching a dynamic team. The RN promotes the health and well being of each resident through nursing care management by providing nursing assessments, input to the development of service plans, staff education, nursing care services, and coordination and monitoring of resident care needs. The RN assesses the whole person, including physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and environmental needs. Through the nursing process, and resulting clinical judgment, interventions are determined that will best meet resident needs and promote quality of daily living. The RN is a mentor for the RCC and LPN and a coach for the MT/PAs.*Shift:* Monday - Friday (full time)*Compensation Range:* $46 to $52 per hour (based on experience)*Location:* 931 NE Linden Ave., Gresham, Oregon 97030*Job Responsibilities (not limited to):** Adhere to and implement operational and resident care policies and procedures* Oversee and ensure completion of state-required documentation and forms* Support Executive Director and Marketing Director with any events or programs to promote the community, i.e. Health Fair* Develop and support a system that allows for a constant flow of communication to the Executive Director regarding: resident, family, or employee concerns, decline of resident condition, employee injuries, budget disparities, or any matters that potentially impact operations* Establish a medication and treatment administration program. Monitor all medications and prescriptions. Update system as needed and educate medication aides on the program, frequently reviewing their ability to safely administer medications* Develop systems to effectively and efficiently communicate residents' needs with caregiver staff, family, physician, or agency involved in the resident's care, for any resident change of condition, new or re-admit, or as needed* Establish and maintain an open-door policy and a high level of ongoing communication with residents and families and for responding to concerns/grievances in a timely manner* Conduct periodic audits of resident service plans, ADL logs, level of care fees, medication administration program, narcotics log, and caregiver delegation/assignments to assure accuracy and completeness*Job Qualifications:** Bachelor degree or master degree in nursing* Pass the National Council Licensure Examination or NCLEX-RN.* Current state licensure as a registered nurse and BLS certification required.* American Heart Association BLS/CPR* Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff* Basic computer skills* Professional, friendly attitude* Experience in home health care* ACLS certification*Benefits:** Signing bonus of $2500* Retention bonus of $2500* Sick Time* Bonus Incentives* Paid Time Off (PTO)* Medical, Dental, Disabilities Insurance* Retirement plan* Referrall Program_\*You must a U.S. Citizen and reside within the State of Oregon to apply.__\*Please have reliable means of transportation/commuting to work.__\*We do not offer VISA sponsorship or relocation assistance.__\*You must be 18 to apply.\*_*\*\*Equal Opportunity Employer, EOE/Minorities/Females/Veteran/Disabled.
